We originally met with this customer in mid August of 2009. Unfortunately their basement had flooded from a heavy rain storm and faulty sump pump. Their original goal was to repair the damage in the basement. While interviewing the client we discovered the family’s love of the theater, and the husband’s love of all things electronic. We suggested our plan of not only repairing the damage to the basement and protect it from happening again, but also to design and install their dream home theater. One catch on their end, the entire project had to be completed by September 24th, the day a large party was planned for their daughter’s birthday.
