I’l tell you what’s special. In the beginning, (the OSC team was) in my house for two and were just easy guys to have around…they have really pleasant personalities. To my wife, the most important thing was that every day when they left they would clean up after themselves – and that’s of paramount importance…it made (the process) very easy (on us).
