Responsibilities:

  • Participate in comprehensive sales and customer service training workshops.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Establish 1 Sound Choice as the authority in Smart Home, Office, and House of Worship Technology during customer interactions.
  • Cultivate a robust sales pipeline by networking and actively seeking new business leads.
  • Schedule appointments with potential customers matching our target audience(s).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create tailored proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Identify and create opportunities for upselling.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer prospects, pipeline, and sales forecasts (daily, weekly, and monthly reports).
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Thoroughly document workflows, statuses, and user satisfaction.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  2. Knowledge of the audio/visual industry.
  3. Familiarity with the construction industry, especially home theater design, is a plus.
  4. Experience selling competing services in luxury markets, such as yachts, cars, or high-end real estate, is preferred.
  5. Existing contacts in the architectural, interior design, and building trades.
  6. Proficiency in consultative selling.
  7. Proven ability to close deals.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  10. Valid driver’s license.
  11. Some college education is advantageous.
  12. Proficiency in using Cloze, Evernote, and Google Docs.
  13. All candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

We are currently seeking an individual who is personable, customer-focused, organized, and a true “ninja” when it comes to technology. If you excel at simplifying complex technology tasks and have experience or the desire to learn how to control smart homes from a smartphone, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain the company’s van and tools in an organized manner.
  • Read and understand written instructions, including floor plans for homes.
  • Collaborate with the installation manager, take and clarify instructions, and suggest ideas.
  • Install and configure audio/video equipment, as well as related electronics and components in clients’ residences and businesses.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work in an organized manner.
  • Thoroughly document workflows, statuses, and user system information.


Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proficient in installing and configuring audio/video equipment and related electronics and components.
  2. Self-starter with strong motivation and a positive attitude.
  3. Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
  4. Strong knowledge of electronics.
  5. Background in the construction industry is desirable.
  6. Aptitude for calculations, ratios, and job-related estimates.
  7. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  9. Willingness to travel in and drive the company’s van.
  10. Valid driver’s license.
  11. Proficiency in using Cloze, Evernote, and Google Docs.
  12. All candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
